    o Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    o Saturday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

• How to send money (to Cameroon)
      o Go to the nearest Vision Finance S.A branch or counter with a valid form of identification. Present your identity document and tell the counter clerk the identity and contact details of the recipient, the destination country and the amount to be transferred.
      o The teller registers the transaction and the sender pays the teller the amount of money to be transferred, plus the transfer fee.
      o The teller prints and gives the sender the transaction receipt bearing the transfer number, which the sender will give to the beneficiary.
      o If the sender so wishes, Vision Finance S.A. can offer him the SMS service to inform his beneficiary.
  
  
• How do I receive money?
      o A few minutes after the transfer has been issued, the beneficiary, in possession of a valid identity document and the transfer number, can go to one of the above-mentioned distribution points in the UEMOA zone;
      o In front of the counter, he gives the transfer number and his identity card.
      o After checking the transaction details and the receiver's ID, the teller validates the payment and pays the receiver the amount transferred.
      o A payment receipt is signed by both parties and a customer copy is given to the beneficiary.

• An integrated notification serviceAt the customer's request and after each transaction, an SMS can be sent to :
      o Inform the beneficiary that the transfer has been sent
      o Inform the issuer of the recovery of the transfer by the designated beneficiary

• Emission/Distribution
• Modification of contact details and identity.
• Cancellation: possibility for the issuer to cancel the transfer with refund of the transfer fee
• Return: any issue cancelled the day after the issue or on the same day at a branch other than the issuing branch is considered a return, without refund of the transfer fee.
• Reactivation: possibility of making an expired transfer available again after 45 days.
• Reinstatement: possibility for a branch that has made an erroneous distribution to ask its CSC to reinstate the transfer in the system (without returning the funds to the customer).
